For bug reports, please include

✓ Browser and version — Chrome 124, Firefox 128, Edge 130, etc.
✓ Operating system — Windows 11, macOS 14, Ubuntu 22, etc.
✓ What you were doing — a short description of steps to reproduce the issue.
✓ Console logs if possible — right-click the Histiq icon → Inspect → Console tab, copy any red errors.
